Actress Kiara Advani, who has featured in films like "Fugly" and "M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story", is now gearing up for the release of her forthcoming film "Machine". She considers herself lucky that she is not yet slotted in any genre.
"I think I'm very lucky that I have not been slotted yet. In 'Fugly', I played a raw, earthy and very confident Delhiite. In '...Dhoni', you saw me as a simple innocent first lady of cricket, and in 'Machine' you will see me as glamorous and very urban," Kiara told IANS.
The actress will be seen in "Machine" alongside Mustafa, son of Abbas Burmawala (of Abbas-Mustan duo). She says it's romantic thriller.
"It's something I have not done. So, I am very lucky that films like this have come my way," she added.
Having said that, the 24-year-old actress mentioned that it has not been a conscious effort to look for varied roles.
"Because it came my way, so I didn't have to consciously think of breaking away... Roles that have been offered to me, have been drastically different from what they (filmmakers) have seen me as," Kiara said.
