National Award-winning filmmaker Madhur Bhandarkar has started shooting his next project "Calendar Girls". He will launch five fresh faces with the movie.
"Start shooting #CalendarGirls from today (Wednesday)! High on concept, this youthful film has 5 new faces to be shot in a 40 day start-to-finish schedule," Bhandarkar tweeted.
Earlier there were reports that he had approached model-turned-actress Deepika Padukone for the film but the rumours were quashed.
Bhandarkar, who has helmed films like "Fashion", "Page 3" and "Corporate", last directed a project titled "Heroine" in 2012 featuring Kareena Kapoor.
