A day after a video clipping of a man mercilessly beating his 10-year-old nephew by hanging him upside down on a tree in Madhya Pradesh's Raisen district went viral on social media, he was arrested on Monday.
Brajesh has been booked for domestic violence and under the Child Protection Act, S.S. Rathore, an official at Obedullaganj Police Station, Raisen, told IANS. The child was allegedly being beaten at the behest of his father to straighten out the naughty boy.
