Singer Marilyn Manson's drummer Gil Sharone has announced his departure from the band.
Sharone quit the group after almost six years and two albums, reports aceshowbiz.com.
He announced his decision via Twitter on March 27, writing: "After five amazing years playing drums for Marilyn Manson, I've decided to leave the band. It's been one of the highlights of my career but it's time for me to pursue other current and future projects."
"Much love to Marilyn Manson and the homies I shared the stage with; Jeordie Tyler Bates, Paul Wileymm... and to the fans. It's been a blast," he wrote.
Sharone has also composed the music for "Deadpool 2", "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2", and both "John Wick" movies to date, as well as for TV shows "The Punisher" and "Kingdom".
