Automobile manufacturer Maruti Suzuki on Saturday reported an increase of 20.1 percent in its total sales for July, 2015.
The company sold 121,712 units during the month under review from an off-take of 101,380 units in the corresponding month of 2014.
The automobile manufacturer's sales during June had inched-up by 1.8 percent at 114,756 units.
According to the company, domestic sales during the month under review rose by 22.5 percent at 110,405 units from 90,093 units sold in July, 2014.
Exports were however subdued. They marginally rose by 0.2 percent in July, 2015 to 11,307 units being sold abroad from 11,287 units shipped-out during the corresponding month of 2014.
The exports during June had risen by 2.7 percent at 12,130 units.

The sales of passenger car segment zoomed by 25.9 percent to 91,602 units being sold during July, 2015 from 72,782 units off-take in the like month of the last year.
The company's passenger car segment comprises of brands like Alto, WagonR, Swift, Ritz, Celerio, Dzire, Dzire Tour, SX4 and Ciaz.
The off-take of utility vehicles comprising of brands like Gypsy, Ertiga and the pre-launch dispatches of S Cross rose by 22.8 percent at 6,916 units from sales of 5,631 units in July, 2014.
The sales of van segment, which includes Omni and Eeco, increased by 1.8 percent at 11,887 units from an off-take of 11,680 units in the corresponding month of previous year.
The company's scrip at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) closed on Friday with gains of 0.86 percent or 36.85 points at Rs.4,330.40 from its previous close of Rs.4,293.55 per equity.
