Delhi experienced a cold and misty morning, with the minimum temperature early Wednesday recorded two notches below season's average at 11 degrees Celsius, according to India Meteorological Department (IMD).
"The sky will remain clear through the day, though the capital will experience cold winds," an IMD official said.
Humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 80 percent.
The maximum temperature Tuesday was two notches below season's average at 26.6 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature was two notches below season's average at 11.5 degrees Celsius.
