Rabat, May 10 (IANS/MAP) Morocco's King Mohammed VI sent a congratulatory message to Moon Jae-In after he was elected and sworn-in as new South Korean President on Wednesday.
"It gives me great pleasure to congratulate you most warmly on your election as President of the Republic of Korea. I send you my best wishes for success in your high office and your endeavours to lead people towards progress and prosperity," said the message.
The Moroccan king also said he is keenly looking forward to working with the new South Korean President.
"I keenly look forward to working with your Excellency to consolidate the fruitful cooperation between our two nations. This will help us serve our peoples' interests and enhance peace and security in the world," the Moroccan king said.
