Singer-songwriter Sheryl Crow says being a mother to her two sons is the biggest thing in her life and insists that motherhood has given her life a perspective.
The 51-year-old has adopted sons Wyatt, six, and Levi, three.
According to contactmusic.com, Crow told Classic Rock magazine: "It's the biggest thing (being a mother). It has put everything else into perspective. This year has been a lot of hard work and I've driven my kids all over the place."
"But as my six year old enters first grade, all of that will be a thing of the past," she added.
Crow loves taking her children on tour with her because she misses them too much while she is away from home.
"My kids are at a great age, and they're so malleable and like being on a tour bus and sleeping in their bunks. It has made it a lot more fun for me, because it's hard being on the road away from the people that you love. So being able to bring them with me has made it so much more worthwhile," she said.
