The weekend celebration of Mumbai Ballad Estate Festival started on Saturday with some fun games, live musical performance and other activities in the presence of actor Kartik Aryan.
The "Pyaar Ka Panchnama" fame actor, who addressed his fans here and clicked photos with kids during the screening of his film "Pyaar Ka Panchnama 2", said: "This is the first time I am attending Mumbai Ballard Estate Festival and I am loving its vibes."
"Kids are playing around, so many fun goes are happening, people are pouring in with family. Since it is in town, we can enjoy the old Mumbai beauty -- overall it's a celebration of the spirit of Mumbai and I am enjoying it!" he said.
On fans' request, he even delivered a popular monologue from his film.
Ballard Estate is an old European style business district situated in south of Mumbai next to Fort. Organised by Ferriswheel, the festival is offering a lot to people.
On noticing the positive response of Mumbaikars, Subhra Bhardwaj of Ferriswheel said: "It is my honour to see how vastly the festival is expanding its horizon. With such an overwhelming response, we are prepared to deliver another action packed event, It is exciting to see how the city comes together and adds glory to the festival."

This is the first time Mumbaikars are enjoying the 'Silent Cinema' at a festival ground with beanbags and headphones.
There are series of activities like pet trade, flea market, food truck fest, live entertainment with an ending musical note by Bollywood singer Ash King along with other young singers like Siddharth Slathia and Ambili Menon.
