Prime Minister Manmohan Singh Wednesday reportedly said the daily disruptions in parliament made his heart bleed.
"My heart bleeds to see what is happening in the house," Manmohan Singh told a group of MPs, an informed source told the media.
"It is a sad for democracy that such things are happening after all the appeals for calm," he said.
Unprecedented chaos marred the presentation of the rail budget in the Lok Sabha Wednesday, forcing Railway Minister Mallikarjun Kharge to cut short his speech.
The minister only read a part of his speech -- for all of 14 minutes.
