Union Human Resource Development Minister Prakash Javadekar on Thursday announced two new Kendriya Vidyalayas will come up including in Uttar Pradesh's Rae Bareli district, which comprises Congress President Sonia Gandhi's parliamentary constituency.
Interacting with reporters here, Javadekar said besides Rae Bareli, one new school will be also set up at Border Security Force (BSF) Academy in Madhya Pradesh's Tekanpur.
He also informed that the ministry has taken decision to adjust timings in the already functional Kendriya Vidyalaya in Pilibhit, Uttar Pradesh.
"This decision is to enable classes for Standard 11 considering the space constraints of the Kendriya Vidyalaya," a release said.
