The NIA Thursday filed a chargesheet against three people, including Indian Mujahideen mastermind Hyder Ali, in a court here in the Bodh Gaya serial blasts cas.
The National Investigation Agency filed the chargesheet in a special court against Ali, Taufique Ansari and Muzibullah.
In its chargesheet, the NIA said the accused conspired to target the 1,600-year-old Mahabodhi temple, considered the holiest Buddhist shrine.
Ten bombs exploded in the vicinity of the temple July 7 last year, in which two monks were injured.
