Supreme Court Wednesday held an in-camera hearing into certain crucial aspects of the Niira Radias tape and action taken by the government.
An apex court bench headed by Justice G.S.Singhvi held the in-camera hearing at which only Additional Solicitors General L. Nageshwar Rao and Paras Kuhat, representing the government, were present.
The in-camera hearing lasted for nearly two hours.
The apex court Monday had said that it would hold in-camera hearing Wednesday after it was shown the reports of two inquiry committees that had probed the leakage of Radia tapes to the media.
