Telugu film star Harshvardhan Rane, who made his Bollywood debut with "Sanam Teri Kasam" this year, says he is not deserting Telugu cinema.
Popular for starring in Telugu films like "Thakita Thakita" and "Anaamika", he is all set to sign another Telugu film, thereby putting to rest the rumour that he has given up Telugu cinema and sold his home in Hyderabad.
"Not true! In fact, I am at this very moment in the process of locking in a very big Telugu film. Details are being worked out," revealed Harshvardhan.
He also let out that he's brushing up his Telugu. "I think I speak fluent enough Telugu to dub my own lines. But so far, I've not been allowed to. But this time for my new Telugu film, I'll speak in my own voice."
As for selling the house, he said: "What house? I never owned one either in Hyderabad or in Mumbai. I am a nomad. I don't like to be tied down by earthly possessions. When I shoot in Hyderabad, I stay in hotels. In Mumbai, I share a rented apartment with my former girlfriend and her boyfriend."
Harshvardhan has also signed a Hindi film -- Bejoy Nambiar's remake of Mani Ratnam's "Agni Natshatram".
