Animated movie "Frozen" will be transformed into a stage musical, confirmed Walt Disney's chief executive officer and chairman Bob Iger.

According to hollywoodreporter.com, in an interview to Fortune magazine, Iger said that Disney is in discussions to develop a stage show around the movie, which is about two sibling princesses.

Iger, however, specified that no time frame or creative team is in place yet.

"We're not demanding speed. We're demanding excellence," he said.
