Singer Usher's ex-wife Tameka Raymond has reportedly initiated legal action to obtain custody of their children from him.
Raymond, who has two sons Usher Raymond V, 5, and Naviyd, 4, took the decision after their elder son almost drowned in the swimming pool when his hand got stuck in the drain, reports tmz.com.
Raymond lost the custody battle last year, but called an emergency hearing on grounds that Usher is creating a dangerous environment.
Currently Usher has primary custody of both the sons, while Raymond has limited custodial rights. She now seeks to reverse that.
She filed the documents in Fulton County, Georgia, claiming Usher is abdicating his parental responsibilities by letting other people care for their sons -- People who she claims are not on the ball.
Usher Raymond V was being watched by Usher's aunt when the incident took place Aug 5.
