Honor smartphones, which were available in India only on the e-commerce portals Flipkart and Snapdeal, will now be available at Zopper outlets as well.
Honor, an independent Internet smartphone brand under Huawei Terminals on Tuesday partnered with Zopper, India's first hyper local marketplace for consumer durables and home appliances, to strengthen its market share in India.
"We are very encouraged with the response we have received for our Honor smartphones in India. To reinforce our commitment towards our customers in India, and allow a higher level of access to Honor smartphones, we have decided to introduce Honor smartphones in the offline sales channel, which starts with the tie-up with Zopper," Allen Wang, president of Consumer Business Group, Huawei India, said.
Honor devices are available at 267 Zopper outlets in Delhi NCR, Chennai, Vellore, Pondicherry and Bangalore.
Customers can also avail a five percent cashback on select Honor phones till December 24 along with a free one year accidental damage/liquid damage bundled with all Huawei smartphones bought through Zopper.
"Zopper is an app that allows a customer to choose the retailer with the best price for a product, from over 10,000 online and offline retailers. The app caters to the urban mobile-savvy consumer, who wishes to find the best local deals through pricing and product comparison," Harneet Singh Rajpal, chief business officer, Zopper, said in a statement.
The products would sell at the same prices that were available online. Honor 4x will be priced for Rs.9,999 for both black and white variants and Honor 6 will be available at for Rs.14,999.
