Applications for admission to entry level classes for the economically weaker sections (EWS) and disadvantaged group (DG) will be made online, the Delhi government announced on Thursday.

Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia said people can fill the form online by visiting Delhi government websites from January 1 to January 22.

The first list of admission to nursery classes in various private schools will be announced by computerised draw on February 15, he said.

There are 27,000 seats available in EWS and DG category at entry level classes in 1,150 private schools.

"Government has made entire admission application process online and centralised, which will reduce corruption and bring transparency in nursery admission process," Sisodia said.

He added now the people will not make any more round of the schools.
