The Indiana Pacers defeated the Washington Wizards 93-80 to seal a spot in the NBA Eastern Conference Finals.
David West had a game-best 29 points for the Pacers Thursday night, along with six rebounds and four assists. Lance Stephenson made eight out of his 13 shots to gather 17 points. Paul George got 12 points while Roy Hibbert and George Hill had 11 points each, reports Xinhua.
Marcin Gortat had a team-best 19 points for the Wizards. Bradley Beal and Nene had 16 and 15 points respectively.
It is the second straight time that the Pacers advanced to the Conference Finals. They would meet the defending champions Miami Heat but this time the Pacers will have home advantage in the best-of-seven series.
