Hundreds of supporters Friday tried to stop Delhi Police personnel from evicting Telugu Desam Party (TDP) Chief Chandrababu Naidu from the venue of his fast at Andhra Bhavan in central Delhi.
An ambulance and a team of doctors from Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital were present at the venue. Naidu has been fasting since Monday to protest the manner in which the Congress decide to carve out a separate Telangana state from Andhra Pradesh.
