Pesident Ram Nath Kovind and Vice President M. Venkaiah Naidu on Friday greeted people on Dussehra, stressing the festival symbolises the victory of good over evil.
In his message, the President said the festival signifies triumph of ethical and moral values.
"The festival of Dussehra signifies the victory of good over evil and the power of ethical and moral values. These values are of universal appeal and have great relevance for all mankind today," Kovind said.
