Actor Daniel Radcliffe has ruled out that he is a part of

"Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them", which marks "Harry Potter" author J.K. Rowling's debut as a screenplay writer.

"Fantastic Beasts..." is a movie based on a Hogwarts textbook from the Potter movies, but Rowling has revealed that her new venture is neither a prequel nor a sequel to the Harry Potter series, but it will be an extension of the wizarding world.

Whatever it is, Radcliffe has confirmed he will not be involved in the project.

"I first thought, 'Thanks Jo, I'm going to have to answer tons of questions about this now'. I'm sure they're going to have a great time (making it). I'm sure most people are really excited about it," contactmusic.com quoted 24-yera-old as saying.

"Needless to say I wouldn't be involved in it and I guess none of the others (from the 'Harry Potter' films) will be, but I know absolutely nothing about it," he added.

Radcliffe played the lead role of boy wizard Harry Potter in the movie franchise of the same name.
