Actor Raj Tarun's cameo in upcoming Tamil-Telugu horror-thriller "Balloon" will be very significant from the story's perspective and won't be a blink-and-you-miss kind of role, says director Sinish.
"The film will have a simultaneous release in Telugu. For the Tamil version, we have enough familiar faces in the cast. However, we needed someone for Telugu audiences to root for. Hence, we went with Raj Tarun," Sinish told IANS.
The film will mark Raj Tarun's Tamil film debut.
Talking about his character, Sinish said: "It's a very significant role. Even though it's a cameo, he will appear in a very important sequence. He plays a role on par with the film's lead cast. Tarun will be part of the film's Tamil as well Telugu version."
On working with the "Uyyala Jampala" actor, Sinish said that he was very "sweet" and "cooperative".
The film, which has music by Yuvan Shankar Raja, also stars Jai, Anjali and Janani Iyer.
