Reality TV star Teresa Giudice, who was sentected to 15 months in jail in October 2014 on charges of fraud, was released from prison after serving nearly a year behind the bars.
The "Real Housewives of New Jersey" was released from the Federal Correctional Institution in Danbury, Connecticut on Wednesday, reports people.com.
"She is thrilled that she is finally going home," said a source close to the reality star.
"She is free," lawyer James J. Leonard, Jr said.
Giudice entered the minimum-security satellite camp for women, made popular by the hit Netflix show "Orange Is the New Black", in January.
"Prison was tough for her, but she made the best of it," a source said.
