Online real estate company CommonFloor Tuesday unveiled a virtual platform to allow consumers view and assess multiple properties from anywhere, anytime.
"Our product Retina enables consumers have a virtual tour of properties they would like to view, review and assess for taking an informed decision to buy or not," CommonFloor.com co-founder and chief executive Sumit Jain told reporters at the product launch here.
As a new-age online realty player, the company adapts technology to the advantage of property consumers.
"As property buying demands valuable time and huge investment by buyers, it is our endeavour to provide tools that make property search easy and gives them a real experience," Jain said.
The company's co-founder Lalit Mangal claimed that the product would be a game changer in the country's booming real estate sector.
"We will work with the builder community to scale-up projects listed, thereby helping buyers to choose from as many projects that may want to visit," Mangal said.

To use the product Retina, a buyer has to sport a headgear to experience a virtual tour of the property, including space and ambience among other features.
"The magnet on the headgear acts as a navigation tool. The application saves builders cost and space to build a model apartment," Jain said.
With five-lakh property listings on its portal, including one lakh residential projects in 200 cities across India, the seven-year company caters to housing needs of thousands of people through property search, apartment management and vendor management.
