Madrid, July 2 (IANS/EFE) Portuguese midfielder Tiago Mendes will join Chelsea for two years, reports here said.
The 33-year-old has concluded his contract at Atletico Madrid and will join Jose Mourinho's side as a free agent, reports EFE.
Mendes will leave the current La Liga champions after joining them at 2011 in a permanent deal and will return to Stamford Bridge after staying away for nine years.
