Actor Revanth is hopeful that his maiden Telugu film "Intinta Annamayya", which has been struggling to find a release in theatres for over a year, will finally hit the screens very soon.
"I know it's been a long wait. The film got delayed due to several reasons but now it's ready for release. We are just hoping to find a suitable date. I'm hopeful it will come out soon," Revanth told IANS.
Although he doesn't want to talk about the reasons behind the delay, he said he kept himself pretty occupied in the last year.
"I worked on a few documentaries on counterculture and adventure sports. The experience was very helpful. I was also in Nepal during the earthquake and I even made a documentary on it. I also completed working on another Telugu film," he said.
His new film "Raja Meeru Keka" is gearing up for release.
"It's about a story of few friends from middle-class families. It'll be easily relatable story as it will shine the spotlight on problems faced by middle-class people," he added.
