Veteran actor Rishi Kapoor on Monday remembered legendary Bollywood singer Mohammad Rafi on his 37th death anniversary.
The 64-year-old actor on Monday morning thanked the singer for being his voice in films. He also shared a photograph of himself along with Rafi from a wedding.
"Remembering the great Mohammad Rafi Sahab. Thank you for being my voice, lost you 37 years back today. Peace be with you!," Rishi captioned the image.
Rafi sang songs like "Dard-e-dil" from the 1980 film "Karz" and "Shirdi wale Saibaba" from the 1977 film "Amar Akbar Anthony" for Rishi.
Rafi died in 1980, following a heart attack. He is also known for famous numbers like "Chaudhvin ka chand ho", "Kya hua tera wada", "Aadmi musaafir hai" and "Maine poocha chand se".
Actor Jackie Shroff tweeted: "Mujhe dard-e-dil ka pata na tha mujhe aap kisliye mil gaye... Long live Mohd Rafi saab."

On the 13th year since the release of "Mujhse Shaadi Karogi", actress Priyanka Chopra thanked her co-stars Akshay Kumar and Salman Khan for the memories.
The film clocked 13 on Sunday, and Priyanka took to Twitter to share her happiness.
"Wow, time flies. 13 years of 'Mujhse Shaadi Karogi' thank you David Dhawan, Salman Khan Akshay Kumar, Warda Nadiadwala for the memories," Priyanka captioned a poster of the film.
Currently, Priyanka is busy with her Hollywood projects. She has two international films in her kitty -- "A Kid Like Jake" and "Isn't ItRomantic".

Filmmaker-actor Kunal Kohli says a character of a guide in a film gives a good setting.
"Dev Anand in 'Guide'. Aamir Khan in 'Fanaa'...Memorable stories, grey characters. A guide gives a good setting. Over to Imtiaz (Ali) for his version (in 'Jab Harry Met Sejal')," Kohli tweeted.
"Jab Harry Met Sejal" features Shah Rukh Khan as a tour guide. The film, which also features Anushka Sharma, is releasing on August 4.
On the work front, Kohli is busy with his Telugu film along with actors Tamannaah Bhatia and Sundeep Kishan.
Kohli had won the best director award for his movie Hum Tum and has also helmed films like Mujhse Dosti Karoge!, Fanaa, Thoda Pyaar Thoda Magic and Teri
