Rokitt-WWA starts luxury chopper tours to religious destinations

Aviation tourism firm Rokitt-Whirl Works Aerial (WWA) on Thursday launched a unique luxury helicopter cruise to major religious destinations starting from Rs.20,000 to Rs.6.50 lakh per person.

The service has been started by US-based firm Rokitt in association with its Indian aviation professional arm Whirl Works Aerial (WWA).

The luxury helicopter cruises are being offered for touring the religious shires of Vaishno Devi, Do Dham and Chaar Dham.

The unique features of the services includes doorstep pick-up for clients in a luxury car to the nearest airport.

"This professional high class helicopter cruises service will pick you up from your doorstep, take you to Jammu by flight," the company was quoted in a statement.

"The tours are available with guides, attendants, with all transfers in A/C cars, are available within the package cost."

According to the company, it will target these services to non-resident Indians (NRIs), people of Indian origin (PIOs), as well as first class travellers within India.

Currently, these services are active in Delhi and Mumbai. The services are expected to be introduce in other cities soon.

The company was started in India in 2012 and has since developed a group of aviation professionals with extensive experience in the field of helicopters and aircrafts.

"Our team has specialised expertise in the sectors in which aerial platforms are used for airborne industrial and infrastructural use," the statement said.

"Our mission is to provide a one stop platform for complete aerial solutions for technical jobs that require helicopters and airplanes as a platform."

Furthermore, the company offers charter service, helicopter tourism packages, power line services, exploration work, aerial photography and medical services.
