Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane has confirmed that Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo is "fine" and will play the two remaining games in La Liga against Valencia and Deportivo La Coruna.
"I think Cristiano is going to play. He's fine, he looks great to me," the French coach said in a press conference on the eve of Valencia clash. Madrid face Valencia on Sunday night.
Zidane noted that Ronaldo's performance against Manchester City in the Champions League semi-final, which they won 1-0 on aggregate On Wednesday, was perfect.
The coach pointed out that the best way to prepare for the Champions League final is to focus on the two games left in La Liga.
"He's the first to want to play, it's important for him to play," Zidane added in reference to Cristiano.
On the Valencia game, Zidane said the clash will not be easy, as the opponents are "tough."

Real Madrid is in third place in La Liga, just one point behind leaders FC Barcelona and second-placed Atletico Madrid. The top two teams have similar number of points but are separated on goal difference.
