Three unidentified armed men Tuesday looted Rs.3.5 lakh here from a person who had just withdrawn the money from a bank.
When victim Ram Kumar reached Tila Mor in his car, the robbers who were on a motorcycle forced him to stop and snatched a bag containing the cash.
