The Russian Football Union (RFU) has confirmed that the Dinamo Stadium in capital would be the venue for the national teams friendly match against Turkey in early June, an official said on Friday.
"The friendly fixture with the Turkish team will played at the Dinamo Stadium and it will be the inaugural match for the new arena," Igor Lebedev, a member of the RFU Executive Board, told Tass news agency.
The football stadium, which is being constructed in the Russian capital within the frames of the VTB Arena Park project, will be home for the Dinamo Moscow football club and bear the name of world's legendary goalkeeper Lev Yashin.
The football facility will have an approximately 26,000-seat capacity.
