Sao Paulo have asked to be given priority in any future transfer involving Hebei China Fortune midfielder Hernanes.
The 32-year-old former Juventus playmaker rejoined Fortune in January after a successful six-month loan spell with the Brazilian club, reports Xinhua news agency.
"Hernanes belongs to Hebei China Fortune, however if he comes back to Brazil, we have asked to have priority. But not now, not yet," Sao Paulo football coordinator Ricard Rocha told Fox Sports.

Hernanes scored nine goals in 19 Brazilian Serie A matches in 2017 and was instrumental in helping the club avoid relegation to Serie B.
His return to the Chinese club has been interrupted by a hamstring injury. However the former Brazil international returned to the pitch in Fortune's goalless draw with Guizhou Renhe on Saturday.
