Star couple Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick are starting construction on their West Village megamansion and the work is expected to go on for six months.
Permits have been posted at 273 and 275 West 11th Street - which the couple is converting into one home - and a "construction noise mitigation plan" from the city's Department of Environmental Protection says the work will happen between 7 a.m. until 6 p.m. until December 2017, reports pagesix.com.
The permit for the 13,900 sq ft home is for work on the interior, from the cellar to the fifth floor.
The couple, who bought the homes for a total of $35 million, hired Morris Adjmi Architects.
