Actress Sarah Paulson has joined the cast of "Carol", which also features Cate Blanchett.
The movie is directed by Todd Haynes and it also stars Rooney Mara, reports variety.com.
"Carol" is an adaptation of Patricia Highsmith's novel "The Price of Salt".
