The two were spotted outside the venue where they also met model and reality TV personality Kylie Jenner's rapper boyfriend Tyga, reports aceshowbiz.com.
Disick, who is reality TV star Kourtney Kardashian's ex-fiance, was seen wearing a furry coat atop a black T-shirt and a pair of skinny jeans.
Meanwhile, Brown kept things casual as he donned a black jacket and glasses.
Tyga was hosting the strip club's one-year anniversary, which was attended by a number of celebrities including Khloe Kardashian's beau James Harden.
