Singer Shakira plans to sell her Miami beach house and the asking price is $14.95 million.
The 36-year-old purchased the house for $3.38 million and has remodelled it and the property now has an all-white modern Zen sanctuary, with spacious rooms, high ceilings, multiple glass walls and a large pool outside, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
Shakira, who has six-month-old son Milan with her Barcelona soccer player boyfriend Gerard Pique, has a huge master bedroom, which also has a nursery.
The home also boasts guest quarters and a gym as well as a pool with a hardwood deck and has access to the bay and dock.
According to real estate website redfin.com, she has added three bedrooms, three bathrooms and almost 2,000 square feet to the property.
Her neighbourhood currently includes Matt Damon's mansion.
