A sharpshooter of Deepak Pandit gang was arrested from south Delhi's Sangam Vihar area, police said on Tuesday.
Police said Vishal, 32, was involved in firing in February on three persons outside a wedding function in Ambedkar Nagar area. He was arrested from Sangam Vihar area on Monday night.
"Vishal, a resident of Sangam Vihar, along with his brother Rangila and four others had fired at three persons, one of whom later died," Deputy Commissioner of Police Romil Baaniya said.
Proceedings to declare him a proclaimed offender were on in a court, Baaniya added.
A countrymade pistol and a toy pistol were seized from his possession, police said.
He was earlier involved in four cases in Delhi when he was a juvenile, the police officer added.
