Hansal Mehta's next directorial "Simran", starring Kangana Ranaut, will hit the screens on September 15, 2017.
"Simran" is co-produced by T-Series honcho Bhushan Kumar and Shailesh Singh.
Singh tweeted on Tuesday: "'Simran' is in 15th September 2017."
Filmmaker Aanand L. Rai, who has worked with Kangana in films like "Tanu Weds Manu" and "Tanu Weds Manu: Returns", also tweeted: "A gift and the release date of 'Simran' comes from the US. Thank you Shailesh R. Singh. 15th September 2017."
Mehta had recently wrapped up the film's shooting in the US.
"Simran", which also stars National Award-winning actor Sohum Shah, is said to be based on a real life story.
According to reports, Kangana will be seen as a 30-year-old divorcee in the upcoming movie.
