Envoys of South Korea, US and Japan will hold talks Jan 28 on North Korea's nuclear programme, a statement issued by the foreign ministry here said Thursday.
The meeting will be held in Tokyo, Xinhua reported.
Among the participants will be Hwang Joon-kook, Seoul's special representative for peace and security affairs on the Korean peninsula' Sung Kim, US special representative for North Korea policy and Junichi Ihara, chief of the Japanese foreign ministry's Asian and Oceanian Affairs Bureau.
