A strong wind has knocked down an old clock tower in Myanmar's Sagaing region, media reported on Saturday.

The clock tower, over 20 years old, collapsed due harsh wind that was accompanied by heavy rain over the last few days, Xinhua news agency reported. No one was hurt.

The tower was located at Thaphanseik Dam, one of the biggest dams in Southeast Asia.
