The national capital experienced a humid and sunny Wednesday as the maximum temperature settled two notches above the season's average at 35.5 degrees Celsius. The weather is likely to remain similar on Thursday, the Met office said.
According to the India Meteorological Department, the sky will remain partly cloudy on Thursday and the maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to hover around 35 and 26 degrees Celsius, respectively.
After overnight rain, Wednesday morning was bright and sunny and the minimum temperature settled a notch below the average at 25.8 degrees Celsius. The day's maximum humidity was recorded at 86 percent.
Tuesday's maximum temperature was recorded at 35.6 degrees Celsius, two notches above the season's average, while the minimum temperature settled at 25.8 degrees Celsius, one notch below the season's average.
