Indian automobile giant Tata Motors Ltd on Thursday launched a new range of medium and heavy commercial vehicles under the brand SIGNA at the Auto Expo 2016.
The SIGNA range of commercial vehicles comes in various configurations and with a newly designed cabin.
On display at the Auto Expo 2016, were three variants from the SIGNA range - the SIGNA 4923.S tractor, the SIGNA 3118.T multi-axle truck and the SIGNA 2518.K tipper.
The company also unveiled the ULTRA 1518, an all new-production ready variant of the ULTRA range of intermediate and light commerical vehicles.
"With these commercial vehicle offerings, we hope to bring modern trucking mainstream, addressing emerging needs, for a safe, comfortable and connected commercial vehicle experience," executive director, commercial vehicle business unit, Ravi Pisharody, was quoted as saying in a statement.
