Teacher killed in Estonia school shootout

Tallinn, Oct 27 (Xinhua) A teacher was killed in a school shooting around 2 p.m. Monday in Viljandi, southern Estonia, media reported.

The school, Paalalinna, where the teacher worked, confirmed the shooting incident reported by Estonian website Delfi.

A teacher, who asked not to be named, told Xinhua that the local police had been called in and an ambulance had rushed to the school.

Neither the school authorities nor the police at the scene disclosed any further information about the shooting.
