After two days of intermittent but widespread rainfall, Himachal Pradesh remained pleasant on Thursday as temperatures across the hill state fell further. Isolated showers have been forecast.
Shimla recorded a maximum temperature of 23.3 degrees Celsius, down from Wednesday's 24.5 degrees.
Kalpa, a picturesque town 250 km from here, recorded a maximum temperature of 16.4 degrees Celsius, while it was 28 degrees in Solan and 37.2 degrees in Una.
The meteorological office here said scattered rain and thundershowers are likely to occur over mid and low hills of the state till Friday.
