DMK Working President M.K.Stalin on Thursday demanded the resignation of entire Tamil Nadu cabinet after Chief Minister K.Palaniswami ordered a judicial probe in the death of former Chief Minister J. Jayalithaa.
In a statement issued here, Stalin termed Palaniswami's announcement about a judicial probe into Jayalalithaa's death as mere eyewash, noting that if he is really interested in unravelling the mysteries surrounding the death of Jayalalithaa, then he should order a probe by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).
The Leader of Opposition in Tamil Nadu assembly also demanded the resignation of Palaniswami and all his ministerial colleagues for the smooth conduct of probe under a new government.
Stalin charged both former Chief Minister O.Panneerselvam and Palaniswami in suppressing the truth relating to Jayalalithaa's death.
