Singer Tom Jones is reportedly determined to fulfil his Britain tour commitments despite the recent death of his wife Linda.
The 75-year-old, who lost his wife after a battle with cancer on April 10, has pledged to appear at London's Hampton Court Palace Festival on June 8, the day after his 76th birthday, reports mirror.co.uk.
"Tom is a consummate professional. It will be emotional. Many of his songs remind him of their love. He's felt the strain of Linda's loss immensely but he's committed to his fans. He will want to fulfil his dates throughout summer. He will then have time to reflect," source said.
Jones has already cancelled tour dates in Asia and is said to still be reeling from the loss of his wife, who he met at the age of 12 and went on to marry when they were both 16.
