Two Chinese teenagers lifted the Snooker World Cup on Sunday after they overcame a powerful Scotland team here.
Yan Bingtao, 15, and Zhou Yuelong, 17, defeated John Higgins and Stephen Maguire 4-1 in the final after they pulled off a 4-3 win over the Welsh team, reported Xinhua.
"Unbelievable! Magical! Our dream has been winning a world title. We just did not expect it happened so soon," said Zhou.
"I think we were lucky to move past the group stage and luck has been on our side since then," added Zhou.
The title favourite had been another Chinese pair, China A team that comprised Ding Junhui and Xiao Guodong but the defending champions were beaten by Scotland 4-1 on Saturday in the quarterfinals.
