Two people, including a soldier, were killed and 19 injured, some of them critically, when a bomb blast targetted a Pakistan Army truck in the port city of Karachi Thursday night.
Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) claimed responsibility for the attack which took place when military troops were returning after performing election duties. The blast, which left at least 10 soldiers wounded, was so powerful that it destroyed the army truck, Geo News reported.
Another bomb found in the city's same Korangi No. 5 area was defused.
