Two people were killed and two injured in a mid-air collision of two light aircraft near Radom, central Poland, Wednesday.
The crash took place around noon, Xinhua reported citing Polish media.
One of the aircraft crash-landed in the small town of Jedlinsk and went up in flames. Its two injured passengers were given help and rescued.
The other plane was found in a water reservoir after a forced landing, causing two passenger fatalities.
Ten fire brigade vehicles took part in the rescue action. The main cause of the accident has not been established yet.
In a separate incident, 11 people were killed and one person was seriously injured in the crash of a parachute club aircraft Saturday.
